Although the service is excellent the general state of the pharmacy is shocking! While waiting in line for your prescription you are met (on your left) by a hideous and extremely unsightly amount of clutter! The general idea of the above seem to be additionalstock just stacked on unused surfaces ?? Surely this is not the image the owner wishes to portray?

The pharmacy assistance in general is very friendly, while the counter service is somewhat indifferent.I however have to make special mention of the caring service delivered recently by Leonaye. Her understanding of our problem, explaining the situation, and suggesting how to address the issue showed real compassion over-and-above her expected job description.

Friendly staff but unfortunately the pharmacy is way too slow and small to service the whole of Midstream. You wait around 30mins in a queue and then they’ll be out of stock on what you need in anyway. Another pharmacy is definitely needed in this area.

“Hurry up and wait” unfortunately.There is no point in having a counter where pre-ordered medz can be collected if anybody else can also go to the counter and fill a prescription.This seems to be a continuous problem.

Ridiculously slow service by Both the assistant and the pharmacist. Got to counter at 15h50 and only walked away at 16h20!That excludes the time in the queue!
