I have been practicing yoga with Toni for well over 10 years; initially in studio and more recently online. Her classes are fabulous!Toni is always mindful of injuries and pays special attention to giving clear simple instruction throughout the flow that allow you to work within your capabilities but that also challenge you to better your practice.Her classes are highly recommended!

Absolutely LOVE practising yoga with Toni! She is clearly a very knowledgable and experienced yogi and teacher, her flows are the best and she tailors the experience to suit all the different levels and needs for each student in the class. If you love a strong, dynamic and well balanced yoga session, with good music, definitely give Mukta Yoga a try!!
