Staff always very helpful and friendly. They are quick to assist one.

Always friendly and eager to help. Deliveries are reliable and levels of expertise are high.

First off limited parking. Staff however are extremely friendly and helpful, inside the store it's spacious and you get a feeling of relaxation within this store because of the space and neatness. I would recommend this store for your gas appliances and gas as well.

Absolute terrible service. Not the first time. I arrived today to fill up 3 small gas cylinders. I was the only customer in the store but apparently there was a queue of cylinders. I explained that I don't live that close to the store and would be wasteful for me to have to make another trip to fetch the cylinders. No attempt to problem solve or even an apology - just a take it or leave it attitude. I left with my empty cylinders. After being a customer probably for more than 15 years I won't be back.

1. When I dropped my heater off the older coloured lady at the front was quite rude and snippy. This was my first time there and she had no patience for my questions. Nonethless I left my heater, and clearly said that my heater needed repairs and told her what the repair was.2. I come to collect my heater, the repair is not done, I am charged for service which was not what I brought my heater in for. Thankfuly I will get a refund.3. The carelessness in their demeaner and their lack of accounatbility was truly appalling. No apology was given for not appropriatety noting that they would not be able to provide me with the service I needed from the start. Therefore wasting my time.The attitude I received from the two front coloured ladies was very disappointing. I will not be coming back here again, and I discourage any other black clients to use their service. I have seen in my two times being there the difference when they interact with people of different races.

Rip off of note. 9kg was R345 - other suppliers charge between R50 and R30 less. A lot of blah blah from Rick who claims he is advised on pricing by his accountant(s). There is an industry norm but again GREED wins out.

Highly over priced!!!!!. I have tried calling them for prices but now I know why they did not answer. Gas is on the low". I was disappointed by BP gas eventhough I called and they had to order the 19kg specifically for me
