Not sure if Paul is the usual person doing work for this company, but I would recommend steering well clear. I was charged an hour labour on the day that he could not access my property even though he did no work and only stayed for 20min. This in addition to the call out fee.Furthermore, he purchased the incorrect equipment for the job but still ended up adding it to my invoice.Charging me full price for carrying appliances was also not a problem for him, even though he used one of my friends to help him carry.I was also lied to when he couldn't complete one of the tasks given to him. You don't have the right brackets " when in fact he just didn't feel like it.If you don't want a hungover guy working on your home rather avoid.PS I see from one of the reviews he doesn't take late night phone calls. Seems this doesn't count when he phones you at 19:30 on a Sunday to ask if you have paid. He also contacted me on the Saturday. The work was only completed on the Friday."

Hi, No experience from this handyman, He does not take your call or answer an Email. So I take it that he does not do this type of work any more.

About 3 months ago, Bobby (the handyman) came in to fix a problem with the drainage system in my apartment. It manifested whenever I used my dishwasher - the water would pour onto my kitchen floor.Bobby insisted that I not call a plumber because he knows exactly how to solve the issue. He charged me an amount to compensate for an hour of labour, plus the equipment he said he would need to unblock the drain.My domestic worker mentioned that he spent approx 10min at the apartment and that he poured some industrial chemical into the pipes, which has turned out to be corrosive. Water is now leaking into my kitchen cupboards at the sink, and possibly within the walls.He did not use any of the equipment he had described to me as being needed to unblock the drain.After I tried to tell him about the problem, he avoided all my calls and ignored text messages for a month!Initially, on 3 separate occasions, he acknowledged my texts and promised to have his plumber call me to fix the problem. No one called.Subsequently, he is just point-blank ignored me.I finally had a plumber come in to do the job, and he charged me a THIRD of what Bobby charged, plus his work was effective!Absolutely criminal!
