I just walked into this store today as I am new to the firearm space , I just went to check what the shop offers and the range offerings. And I must say the staff are super friendly and helpful made me feel comfortable as well this being all new to me. I am 100% going back!!!

It was my first time loading and shooting an actual gun, thanks to the very friendly and helpful staff. I would suggest you go experience this even if you're not into guns, just go shoot 25 rounds and see how that feels.At some point I'd love to join the club and go regularly.Just remember when you do go, it's safety over everything

Visited the range with two of my friends, all as first time goers/ shooters.The quality of service from everyone was just impeccable; professional, friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable! A big thank you to Sebastian, Shane, the firearms instructor (I'll aptly name Instructor Oom, who may seem intimidating at first but is an absolute sport!), the gentlemen with the magnificent beard, and the ladies at the front desk to the lady at the range desk.10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to try out firearms.

Staff friendly and helpful. Went in to buy a new holster left with new glock sights, cleaning kit and a new holster. What a pleasure, will definitely go there again for my firearm requitements... well done Guys

Not bad, not great. Nice shooting range, but not very advised on the 9mm. Okay to practice. Was my first time and really liked the 9mm, star. Sadly the girl that assisted me did not know much about the pistol and the manager was more interested in eating his pronutro. Will be back, but obviously I’ll find a pistol somewhere, where they are more into sales of firearm.

Really just fantastic place all round. Clean, interesting and fun layout of the shop. Absolutely fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable staff that are always ready to help. Not forgetting their vast variety of stock adn of course they have reaper customs gear. Always a pleasure visiting your establishment

Four months ago I visited the Waterfall range and I was underwhelmed to say the least. Following on from my negative report after the first visit, the new shop manager (Johann) made contact to discuss my experience. The fact that the shop manager made contact with positive intent impressed me. He took my comments seriously, he wanted to understand the issues, and he was determined to put things right. Today I re-visited the range and had a very enjoyable discussion with Johann. The first and second visits were like chalk and cheese. On the second visit the range worked perfectly, the staff were courteous and helpful, and there was good range discipline without anybody getting in one’s face. I will certainly use this range again. Well done, Johann.
