Totally useless service. The line is constantly under performing. To send email to support falls on deaf ears and they don't even bother to respond. Worst service ever, do not even bother to join. They cannot supply a basic internet service.

Stay away from this provider—the simplest way I can put it. They’ll charge an arm and a leg for service that has major issues daily. I’m not exaggerating. You get a fraction of the speed you pay for, if you’re lucky, or it just doesn’t work. Some websites over time become inaccessible and need a VPN to visit, one of which I experience trouble with is Microsoft Teams, that I use for work. Seriously. Stay away. This service provider is terrible.

Wicotel comes highly recommended. I have been using them for three years now and can only compliment them on outstanding service. In my digital marketing business I cannot afford to go without internet and Wicotel is always ready to jump when my internet slows down or is off. I will recommend them to any business that does not just want to be another number" in a queuing system when experiencing internet problems."

So much for the message from the owner!!! Worst service EVER!! I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO FAMILY OR FRIENDS..Today marks the 5th day with no internet. Not even a connection and i am supposed to have two neither one of them is existing at the stage and 5 days of phone calls and NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!WELL DONE FOR NOT DOING ANYTHING.
