I was very disappointed here. I can forgive the guy for not knowing a specific model pr varient but to argue it doesn't exist with an owner is a shame. When that generation has only one engine type.What was more sickening is the patron reading of whatsapp messages whilst I stood there and having to repeat myself.If I did not give part numbers I would have been sent back being told we don't have. When in fact, I came there by another branch having checked stock. And just like magic, it was on stock.This is a big disservice. If I had not found the parts myself on your very own part finder, I would have walked empty handed.What a sad piece...

Good prices, generally have stock of most things you need, but some of the staff get rude when they do not get their way in terms of sales. I want specific parts for a specific situation, but they advise differently, which is totally fine and I respect their knowledge, but afterwards get rude if you still insist on what you the customer wants in your specific situation.

Nobody answers the phone. I've had the call dropped 5 times now l.
