I always wait super long to get my prescription. I can literally be 2nd in line and you do not leave within 20 minutes. The service is incredibly slow... This clicks has horrible service when compared to others. Some pharmacists could also get a lesson in manners and customer service.

Unfriendly & unprofessional pharmacists - have been twice in a week to Clicks Eldo Square & on both occassions received poor service from the pharmacy. Refilwe failed to even explain how to take meds. Showed no care.

End of April 2023 I bought a 24s Rennie packet for R50 at Clicks Eldo square...Next day same 24s Rennie is sold at Spar Saxby for R35....This is an unacceptable huge difference in price.Shame..

Terrible place, rude towards pensioners. My mum came out of Cardiac ICU and wanted assistance at this store. She was treated rudely by one of your counter staff.

Dismal, unfriendly service st the pharmacy. Staff are disinterested and it looks as if they are on a slow-strike. I see so many bad reviews, but it seems Clicks are not inclined to better their service to their customers. I will take my business elsewhere.

I called to check if they have stock for a Ferinject script. The lack of knowledge was shocking. Did not know what the product was or what it was used for. And I had to spell it out several times. Seriously, how can people who can't follow spelling of meds, be trusted with our meds?
