I will never go anywhere else again. This is what first class service looks like.Friendly and courteous. Can do attitude.The ability to make exceptions under abnormal circumstances.

Good days Sir or madam, I hope this email finds you well.This is has to be the worst service, I have ever received. At first I really love your client service & your communitication. But ever since the 19 May 2023 I received a text message that “the parts has been delivered, waiting on customs to clear them”Honestly your service has changed, I’m the one that has to do the follow up all the time, tomorrow will a month since the parts has been delivered in SA, but still they not cleared.Has anyone follow up or call Custom to find out what might cause the delay for the parts to be delayed, clearly NO. cause on the communication that has been forwarded to me I don’t see that.I would have understood if my car is being fixed by now, I literally hate what’s going & I’m getting out of patience.

Unfortunately my experience with CMC auto was very poor. My vehicle was in and out on numerous occasions. The vehicle went in for minor scratch and dent work. I don't know what they did with the buffing on the vehicle as it left very bad marks that they could not fix. The staff member who assisted me agreed that that the workmanship was unexpectable and felt my frustration. I kept my cool all the way and they eventually agreed that the only way to fix my vehicle was to respray it from their side. Since my last communication with the staff member I had no response from them at all. They have caused my vehicle a substantial loss in value.

Car went there for repairs.. on receipt of vehicle noted noticable flaws on repairs.. that were attended to it..how ever at home under close inspection found a lot of sloppy work like overspray on door rubbers, misaligned doors, rattling sounds from back door while driving, cracks in paint work and tears on arc. Tried to get hold of adviser, left 3 msg to phn me. Never phn d . Went in and ask to be assisted by some1 else. Spoke to a shop manager who promise to attend to it personally, same story almost a week and nothing from him, but when found out that the car must go for a new quote they were quick to phone. When i took car in the advisor came with his excuses that his working but that seems not to phn back complaining customer. Handed all back to insurance..Should hv taken car somewhere else when i heard the security said to an other employee that there's 7 comebacks that day...they must just fix their bad, sloppy and under spec job..definitely not qualifies to be a company to do cars thats under warrenty still. Could do with customer relation training. Will definitely not take any of car there again....Update: after consulting with insurance company it was decided that the car should go back... they arranged a time that suited us and repaired not only their job, but also the repaired the mistakes that came from a different job that their sister company had done. Thanks for the efforts you have done to satisfy your customers. Highly appreciated. Noted that the workshop have a new advisor/ manager.. was very impressed with his quality of work and customer service. Definitely a plus for your company and think from what i saw will have much less comebacks. From 1 star to a 4

CMC was the best experience I had dealing with a auto panel shop. Very professional and spot on delivery time. I'm highly impressed with their service and would recommend them to everyone I know.

Thank you for your swift attendance with my Kia Picanto. While I received my car and had some issues with the repair work, Ramone did not hesitate to assist immediately with resolving the issues. He was patient and friendly until I was satisfied with the result. Absolutely great repair work!

I really had a good experience with them. Samantha was always available and helpful. They went beyond the scope of work abs the finished product looks like new. The workmanship was very good. It did take time as my chipped windscreen broke on replacing it and then the glazing company allocated to do the work delayed.

The cleanest body shop I have ever set my foot in. Big ups to the manager and team. I will definitely recommend you guys. I don't know what the service is like yet but I will report on it soon rather than later.
