Ordered hake and calamari. First they delivered the wrong order. Waited longer as delivery guy had to go back to restaurant. When the correct order finally did arrive there were only 6 pieces of calamari. Does not explain the R50 price difference.

Its not the 1st time I get bad service here, tonight I called and asked if they can deliver to Coega they said yes I said I'm going to pay with card they said no problem, after 70 minutes I get a call saying no driver wants to come here I don't know the reason.

Worst service ever at bluewater bay. Staff is incompetent and dont know how to treat a customer nor any knowledge of how a number system works. Waited over an hour. Food was ICE cold. I'll rather go hungry ... BWB 1 stop will never ever see me again

Placed an order today for collection at 17:15. Got there, a lady from Engen's side tells me, unfortunately Fishaways and Debonairs is closed. Head office has arrived. She does not even know about my order. What poor service at Bluewater bay Fishaways!!!

Always love eating here, got to your shop before 9:20 this morning. Cashier had not done banking and only started cashup when i ordered. Cash up took her 8min then they started my order which she said would take 10 min. Would be a good idea to do your start of day when you open not when the first client orders. Not good at all

Use to be one of my favourite spots until my last visit where i waited for almost 40 minutes for my order and as you can see i was the last person left at the center.The service was really poor and the workers did not even care about the papers laying around on the floor.

The forgot about our orderWe waited for over an hour and we finally asked where our oder is and they said they forgot"Wtf is that's supposed to mean....they have to take note of their customers"
