Appointment was for 14:00 at 14:30 I asked the receptionist why we have not been helped as yet. Then only she informed me there is a delay. Waited over an hour... Finally arrived by the therapist then she have no idea what we have been doing because she did not treat him before. I then request her to please get the file how do you treat people without the file. . Then after all of this she blame lockdown. . . how nice.

Very displeased with last visit. The therapist was rude, handled my skin roughly and did my laser hair removal therapy quickly not even giving me a second to breathe. Until I couldnt take it any longer. When I told her to please stop she told me she knew what she was doing because shes been doing it for 18 years. Then went even slower than normal. And I got the feeling she did it to annoy me. When I got home I still found patches of hair on my face in areas she didnt even do properly because of her technique. Previously, with other therapists, I've never had a problem but I dont even know the name of this therapist as she didnt even tell me her name! Nobody even wears name badges!

Just love visiting this skin centre. Feeling Confident walking around with No Makeup. My Skin Texture improved massively. Love the Micro Needling. Thank You so much for giving me that extra Confidence in my Daily routines and while I'm Filming in front of the cameras. Best Skin Centre to Visit.
