My Aircon was repaired incorrectly, the companys response is that they have a signed job card. This is irrelevant as the technician manipulated my grandfather into signing off when he questioned why the flap returned to the full open position as opposed to closed when the unit switches off. Polar air claim to have contacted me and say they couldn't come on site as we were unavailable. This is a false claim as there is always someone at home 24/7. I have had to purchase a new A/C to avoid any more delays in getting my machine up and running to the correct quality which I require.
