Worst service you can ever get. Hand your watch in for repair work when you call watch central to find out what is going on with your watch you been told to call the supplier yourself and find out what is going on with your watch . BAD BAD SERVICE

Sent in a CAT men's watch for a glass replacement, still under warranty. I expected that the watch will be sent to the CAT agents for repairs. Got the watch back and the new glass fell out, this happened 2 more times! After months of back and forth, with NO luck getting the owner involved, and many lies and dragging another Jewellery shop into this mess, I sent the watch to the agents myself. Many lies were told by Watch Central 's employees! Turns out, the watch was never sent to the agents and they did work on the watch in-house, which they should not have done! After talking to the owner of the agent's company, I found out that a R350 job was quoted by Watch Central to me for R1200. They are not to be trusted with any watch, they lie and cheat and do unethical business. Non existing client service, no show owner.
