Bad service from the bookkeepers at Dr HK Dalvi Inc. Went to Stoneridge rooms. Dr Williams and the receptionist were really good but they seem to take instruction from the bookkeepers of the practice. They demanded upfront payment from my medical aid before my treatment could even proceed half way through. I now have a partially completed set of temporary caps which is causing pain and now need to look for a new dentist to complete the work and fit crowns. I should not have given this practice the benefit of the doubt from previous negative reviews.

Dr Williams is by far the nicest and most caring dentist I’ve ever been to. He always takes his time to fix any tooth problem I may have. He is punctual and will make time to see you if have an emergency. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

That Dr cleans your teeth in 4 seconds then done, you come out still the same, very lazy and doesn't know his job...DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL OR YOU WILL REGRET. WAIST OF MONEY.
