Take aways should be fast. The staff there works as if they get paid by the hour. They should be paid by sale. I've never seen such lousy workers. Hope the owners reads this and show the kitchen staff.

Would not recommend for anyone.Rather go to food zone or Vito’s.I waited 45 minutes for a medium chips (R45).I know they are busy, but they work on bigger orders first. How can you wait 45 minutes for ONLY a medium chips?And this is not the first timeRather go to Vito’s or food zone, I have never waited that long there, even when they’re busy. And the food there are better quality.

EMM has not been the same since the new owners took over. It has become a typical all-in-one kinda corner shop. They used to have the best russian and chips in Pta North but now it's as if the quality has nose dived. The entire shop is cramped with too much stock. It is packed all over the place. The door is packed full, the counter is packed full and the shelves are cramped with all kinds of fongkong stuff. Now it's become a hardware store too. The standard of what it is now is much lower compared to what it used to be with the previous owner.I only go there now maybe once a year when I really need something urgently. I used to buy russian and chips every Friday there but not anymore.It's just not the same what it used to be....so sad.

Fair and decent prices for their takeaways as well as normal shopping prices. The staff are always nice and friendly. Always hope to come back when I can.

If you want the freshest cheese buns you have to buy here!!! Take away food delicious and good prices and variety of items on the shelves . Staff always friendly

AWFUL SERVICE... i asked them how much their burger special is. They did not answer. A few minutes later they come here with a order! I didnt even ask to order i only asked for the price. They dont even understand basic English. I am never going to support them again. Even whatsapp answers take forver or they dont answer at all. We live in 2023 really. I always have some other issue. Or its the wrong order. Or they take forever or they dont understand or they just bring a order i didnt even Order!

Since the new administration this place is rubbish. I called placing an order to avoid long line and waiting forever still waited forever. “The is inflation yes”, but the pricing here is ridicules!! Price hiking almost every 4-5 months err

Love this shop. Great for a quick stop after work yo get the daily necessities.The buns and bread are amazing. Super fresh and has that sweet taste few places knows how to make!Definitely a shop to add to your list of places to buy daily necessities without the long queues and chain store brands.

Horrible bottle store ladies. Not helpful at all when I was looking for something I don't know/not familiar with.
