Halaal nranch, fully halaal.The meal portions are not big, but enough for 1 person, I wished the sweet and sour prawns were made with crispy battered prawns and that the sauce was thicker, we had corn cakes noodles with beef , sweet and Sour prawns and choc spring rolls. The drinks and deserts are reasonably priced. This branch never had banana so 2 of our desert choices had to be changed. They no longer do crispy fried duck, disappointed. The kitchen was rather untidy and a bit deurmekaar. The wok area was not neat or cleaned while cooking. Sorry but you need to tidy as you go along. Staff are okay with service, but in a basic way. Khao Hom is still my favorite halaal Thai food restaurant. Visit them in Claremont.

Decent branch. Staff are friendly. They could communicate a little bit more when the order takes a bit of time. We waited a while for our order but it was worth it. Perhaps it's better to place an order telephonically. But overall a nice cozy venue.

Waited an hour for steamed rice, dumplings and corn cakes... Was told the order will take 30mins. Valuable time lost waiting for such a small order!

On entering we waited a bit to be attended to. The waitress was very polite sat us down a reserved table for 6. Took our orders and was quite helpful with the different selections. Our starters were mouthwatering corn cakes, prawn springrolls and dumplings. I ordered 514 with the option of prawns. The serving was well worth it for R119. It was served in a beautiful bowl and tasted delicious. I would recommend Simply Asia anytime. Their food is always of high quality and the store is very well kept including their crockery and cutlery.

Love me some Simply Asia, staff are really friendly and knows the menu well, super efficient although expect a waiting time for food preparations, atmosphere is good but could do with a spruce up

I ordered from here about a month ago and the veggies were rock hard. Then I switched to Cavendish and they took long with my order so I returned since they're basically around the corner from my house and waited for just over 2 hours for delivery to be made. I called the driver because I saw him outside the restaurant on the app then moving away. He then called me begging me to delete him from the order by canceling. I called into the store and they sounded surprised and apologized refusing my cancelation and assigning another driver to it. Will never ever order from them again. Used Bolt Food App. 2 hours plus hey.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered two Tom Yum soups and our order was an hour late! Rather warn your customer that their order will be late than keep them waiting. I see there is already another complaint about deliveries being late. No wonder your star rating has taken a nose dive!
