Turn around time on feedback is absolutely ridiculous. They take their own sweet time in responding to any request and do not return calls. Sad to say but your Nelspruit and Lydenburg branches can teach Keens Electrical a few things about service delivery within the Voltex group.

So, I arrive here in the late afternoon. Traffic horrendous and you park in a busy street. Next moment the person In the car next door, slams his door open against my car, denting it. There was just a small space, as the parking is a problem. (Large distances between parking lines, let small car drivers squeeze in)Get inside and wait… wait… and finally got helped. Shop was very busy, but it doesn’t seems as if there is movement, as the customer service desk doesn’t work/help fast.Got exactly that experience when it was my turn, the service person took his time and looked for samples, like samples are shared (between service people) and not kept organised in one place.Eventually had to leave empty handed, cause they don’t have 16sqr/mm multi strand copper cable (For the Inverter batteries they sell).Maybe I visited at the wrong time, but this experience placed me in a position of discontent. I will visit them again, cause their prices are competitive and having a large variety of electrical products but will do at another time of day and maybe revise this review.
