Tech Zombie

As much as we may all feel sceptical about online ordering but I went ahead a shot my shot with TechZombie. I think I had prepare myself for any outcome, although a positive outcome would have been ideal.I place my order yesterday the 9th March 2023 in desperate of a wireless keyboard and mouse as I had a presentation the next day. TechZombie came through for me. Very prompt and I wish we could have a seat with the admin/owner, I can learn a thing or two as I am on “sales” myself. Guys the guy even had Netflix recommendations while you wait your order.My order was delivered the next day, juat in time for my presentation, this was even prior estimation date.I think this was the longest review I ever had to write.PS: I don’t even know the owner or this TechZombie. I think he does “online” shopping great. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Their service today, has blown me away. I ordered a laptop over the weekend which was listed as on sale. This morning I was notified that they couldn't fulfill the order as the supplier had stopped the promotion on Friday. This I understand, but being aware that the promotion would be coming to an end at a future date would have been good, which from also having seen the suppliers site, the supplier had not provided (hence I put the fault on the supplier).Yet, 4 hrs later the team emailed me (and I see they tried to call a few times) to tell me that they pushed back on the supplier and had them honor the promotion and offered the promotion to me.This for me is incredible service, really caring about the customer. This one act has now resulted in me switching all future business to Tech Zombie. Well done TZ, I am truly blown away.

Super impressed with Tech Zombie, the service is smooth, fast and efficient. I love that I can also ask questions on WhatsApp, makes it a personalised human experience not just chat bots. Will be using them again soon.
