Hermanus Post Office

Saturday morning and ONE teller on duty with the queue going around the building. Is this how you serve your community? Shocking and inexcusable. The security guard at least , is friendly and helpful

Nice people and helpful, not busy on a weekday afternoon when I was there

There was a long line of people no covid officer to check that regulations was followed on the outside of the building.Service was slow and people were standing in the rain.

Only two tellers on duty, but they both did a good job.

I have tried and tried and tried to get hold of someone via telephone. No answer at all! Really stop complaining when the community don't want to make use of your service anymore. We can't complain about the service, because there is NONE!

Disgusting, Friday afternoon at 15:30, two attendants working and 15 people in que. .... 15 minutes later and only one person has been assisted, Zero rating for management, horrific experience

After phoning twice to be told you have a different que as the Sassa que for normal post items. I come there, asked twice where the que for different postage is to The Sassa, and both times was told to wait inline for more than an hour just to be told its not here.So PLEASE stick to your word, if there is another que for NORMAL postage services so that we do not have to wait in the SASSA line. No wonder people do not use post office anymore

Another place that is an example of government policies: the Post Office.You wait for 40 minutes, long queues, and there are 7 till points, with only 2 till positions with someone working. Everything is extremely slow.I do not blame the personnel. They just work there. Surely, the management can do better and have more positions available for attention?It is the government anyway, so chances that this place will change are close to zero.I wonder how the service will be once the Post Office passes to the private sector... as there are discussions held about this entity.Avoid at the end or beginning of the month as the Post Office is used for SASSA pensioners.

I have no rating, all I want to know is what is happening with our mail which gets sent to our Onrusrivier postal addresses please?As you know, the Post Office there has closed down.

We handed in postcards to be delivered to Germany in mid July. None of the 12 postcards made it to Germany. Please if you still have them in your office, mail them to the assigned addresses. Thank you!
