Woodcutter's Bush Camp
I had a flight from George airport very early in the morning, so I wanted to be closer to the airport for that early start. I also love booking into tented camps or glamping tents rather than rooms with solid walls. The Woodcutters Bush Camp at The Old Trading Post was just perfect for this. Set back from the road amongst the trees, it feels like another world. The sounds of the birds & the breeze sloughing through the trees is the perfect recipe for relaxation. Everything you need is there, & the owners are very accommodating if there is something else you might need. For example, I didn't find non-dairy milk at the spar in Wilderness. But the owners had a litre of oat milk for me to buy! They also make fresh, artisan bread regularly so I was also able to buy some bread from them. I was touched by that. They also showed me their other tent" at the top of the property called "the nest"

Woodcutter's Bush Camp
This was where we stayed at the Old Trading Post. The glamping option. More than just comfortable.
