To re-new your car license be prepared to wait 6 hours while you have people conducting there business there. This organisation has gone the same way as home affairs. So sad.

Very busy. Service is quick, queues are long due to many 'vehicle licensing intentionally shut'. Government looking for safety with regards to collecting cash. They should use bank cards instead of just collecting cash. It's dangerous. There's only one queue doing the vehicle registration. Holiday waiting period is about 4-7 hours. Best time to go is about 6 in the morning. Ir

Absolutely poor service, the manager is more arrogant than the staff. Absolutely pathetic. Waited 4 hours to renew license while staff step away and take calls on cell phones while working.

I went to get my Car license renewal done on 17 February 2023, the experience was the best I have ever received at a post office, the staff was friendly and helpful, it was busy but in less than 5 minutes I was done. Thank you for excellent service.

Required a box of prepaid envelopes. Phoned almost every post office in Durban - most post offices dont even answer their phones or were unable to assist. Zandele from this branch was able to assist with my request within a day. Great service Zandele! Keep it up!

Staff appear organised and fairly polite. Only issues I have are with SAPO at large which have nothing to do with the people who work in this particular branch.

If you renewing license best time to go is after lunch but before 14h30. If it's not busy will allow you after 14h30 till 3pm. For Mail and other post related services they are open until 16h30.

Just from there to licence vehicle. Even though there was no queue, I was told they are closing at 15:00 because there will be loadshedding at 16:00. For the life of me I couldn't understand. But we are made to feel like done a favor. I hate our government services under this admin. Lazy to the core.
