Clicks Pharmacy Doornkloof

Visited yesterday, my repeat script is kept at the branch, i did not keep track of my repeat script and thought they would at least inform me when my scripuat be renewed. Was on Course in Paarl for 5 weeks and received one month's supply from Clicks in Paarl. When i went yesterday, the lady told me that i received 3 months of medication without renewing the script , was amazed that no one from clicks informed me about the fact that i must get a new script.. blood pressure was 155/98 .. crazy that she was not even helpfull or at least tried to asssit with any remedy at that stage to get blood pressure stable!! Service from Clicks Doornkloof!!!!!

The greatest day of my adult life was when I was assisted by Luganda Ngoma in Clicks Doringkloof. I described by issue and she gave me medicine that permanently cured stomach issues that I’ve dealt with for years. That lady is remarkable, I’ve never enjoyed being in my body as much as now , thank you Luyanda, I wish I could do more to thank you for your awesome assistance

The guy that works at the dispensary, Hubert, was very rude to me. I called in to enquire about getting meds since I have covid I cannot enter the store so I wanted to know if they can possibly deliver it to my house. He advised that I must go there and stay in the car and that I should call once I'm there then they will come and get my script and they'll bring my meds to the car. An hour after that call I arrived at the store I called in and all of a sudden he had no idea what I was talking about and he apparently never spoke to me, argued with me and very rudely asked me for my membership number then just gave the call over to someone elseYOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR, YOUR STAFF IS VERY RUDE

The nurse Yesterday was super sweet and helpfull after a horrible experience at a different pharmacy. Will 100% use them for all my babies needs.

I made a booking for our health check two weeks in advance. You book a specific time slot knowing that you should get preference in that time. When we got there, we had to wait in a queue, and when I got to the nurse, she was too busy to help us. I was told because it was my wife and me, she could only help one person if she could do the health check.Here is the thing, you wasted my time. Suppose you are not prepared when the customer is, and you had the time to prepare, I recommend you evaluate your service offering. Kindly note, I won't be using this branches service again.

Dispensary is helpful. Although very litte females working there.Since yesterday the phone at dispensary is not working well. Pleaaase attend ASAP. Thanks

The blonde Sr working at the Pharmacy today is VERY rude!!!!!!! My children was taken to your shop for tests and this Sr was extremely unpleasant! You must NEVER work with patients because you don't have any empathy. You're a disgrace for Clicks! I will NEVER visit your pharmacy again.

Everytime you need to pop in for something fast never ever think it wil be faster then an hour. An hour in clicks for 1 or 2 things.3 others clicks branches in the area and all of them have such slow service. Taking an hour for simple things. Even if its on the shelf and not with dispensory.Really upsetting.
