Very poor service , never all you back

I regret having my car sent there by my insurance. No service at all from the receptionist to the manager. Their telephone is always disconnected and when I happen to be lucky to get through the lady receptionist will get back to me with a load of lies. My car parked there for weeks not being attended until I notified the insurance but they still lied about the progress. It's still not fixed even now,No service at all!!!

Job well done on my car. Stinkiest attitude from the receptionist, how she talks sleepy over the phone, how she hangs up on you when you vent your frustrations. It took them a month to take my car in after approval. Whenever I called, the receptionist would say she has to check with the manager and not once did she ever get back to me. The check in process was worse experience as she wanted me to open the bonnett, boot and checking the kilos. Being told to bring cash for the excess as she said they pay their guys cash and the manager insists on cash hence no EFT allowed. Besides the customer service (which is a summary of here) from the receptionist their work is great, thank you for that.
