Not happy with the service and many phone calls later. Three elderly clients were swabbed on Sunday 27 Feb for their long waited travel after the pandemic, only to hear that their results will not be available on time for their flight at 10h30 this morning, they will receive their results after 11h30. they have left their home and the travel to the airport is about 2 hours. Many phone calls and DEFINITE PROMISES were made by the laboratory staff that they WILL receive their results in the early hours of the morning. This is not recommended service and I now have my doubts after many years!

Good day everyone a big shoutout to Mueed David's who did my covid test yesterday 17th January 2022. I recommend him definitely to all who needs te get te tests done. Thank you for your professional, caring nature. I've been for my 5th one yesterday and by far was the best one done by Mueed David's.

Absolutely useless accounts department. Worst service I have ever received from a pathologist. They can't even get their codes right for blood work. Had the audacity to blame my medical aid for their incompetency.

Pathcare accounts department needs proper training. I get emailed demanding outstanding" accounts when all it really is is them getting their submissions to the medical aid wrong

The most incompetent people working at accounts never received an account. Was just handed over. Test that was done through a doctor. Shame on the people that can't do there job properly.

What a breath of fresh air. I was so freaked out because I absolutely hate needles but every single person in the office was kind and so genuinely friendly. The nurse who took my blood M Marais completely distracted me and I never even felt a pinch, it was over before I knew it. Teach your admin and receptionist how to talk to customers and dont think that if a person say thank. You and good bye they are happy. Inexperienced admin lady sitting in a seperate part of building type of office. No skills sorry. She dont even ask you to sit or sanitize if you step in, dont now how to. Look up if you made payment giving an excuse i dont have excess, talk to you the client if a dog dragged her in. The sisters very helpful and caring.
