Pathetically slow service. I do not understand why it is necessary to queue for over an hour just to buy a replacement SIM. Eventually walked out without being assisted.

Very friendly staff who could assist with a problem on my contract and have escalated it to the right people where the call centre wasn't able to assist as the problem wasn't showing on their side to know what to do. Well done MTN House.

Visit was ok, unfortunately waiting nearly 2+ weeks for a SAMSUNG phone to arrive......after it was launched beginning of April.Hoping it will be here nxt week, AND hoping that the special of April will be hoouredPhone finally arrived, Chad at Store helped with some excellent advice and awesome service.....thank you!

I waited three hours on the 7th of November to upgrade just to hear my profile data is still on the old system and I cannot upgrade yet. No the 1 st of Des and I have been sitting in the row for more than 30 min and the row is not even moving. They have 13 stations, but only 4 is manned to help customers. Really third world standards for such a big company! Maybe I should change over to Vodacom!
