My overall experience at Car service city was great,from being warmly welcomed by their office lady/receptionist, Cathrine to the workshop gents.I am very happy and satisfied with the major service that was performed. Great job well done at Eloff branch.

They always give great service

Timing belt change and ball joint change.I've used Wonderboom branch and they washed my engine bay and signed the book after a timing belt kit replacement.With Ellof, the reluctance was clear with the usher/inspector to sign off book and mechanic said he would not wash my engine bay because I didn't buy parts from them.Power steering fluid was low, due to the work performed and they did not top it up they let me drive out like that I mean i drove in with a perfectly running car now it had steering noise.The logic would be keeping a pint or two for such instances top ups,its just good buisness/workshop practice.It's a shame.

I got a major car service from them and my car is running smoothly again.
