I went all the way from the mall with 2 of my friends with our kids to buy ice-cream and milkshakes, they said that the machine does not work properly, went to tell my friends that we walked all that way and I stood on the long queue for nothing as we are walking out, this other ausi is walking out with an ice-cream ya cone legona.. went back to the till and they said that they didn't want to risk me complaining about it, they didn't even try it for me, as I was still talking to the cashier more people are getting their ice-cream.. luckily I'm not dramatic

Poor service, The staff members are rude,slow ,The KFC there is not clean.Self service machine not working. No drive-through, no parking. I had to park across the street at Engine Garage

The less said about the service here the better, poor service and poor managed orders with no reprieve for customers already squeezed in the store seating one person on the food check out, never again as a visitor will I pass there
