Always very busy and the queues to pay always very long wait. Thank you Mr Price for improving this by providing the new checkout service. Gosh, instead on an endless wait, it was super quick. Because of this I will come back because time is valuable. Big Shout out for this great improvement and for recognizing the frustrations of your customers

I needed to return some blankets bought a few weeks ago. I didn't have my slip and have always received a voucher as a refund in the past. I buy a lot from Mr P as I have a guest house. Now they refuse to give a voucher and also refused to allow me to exchange for the price I paid as the items are now marked down. Robbery.

Can't be bothered to keep their opening times on Google maps accurate, and doesn't accept card payments during loadshedding

Not a great pickup location for Click & Collect. You still have to stand in the same queue, which is quite long and slow as this is a busy store

Focused on the comfy pillow section and searched for the right colour combo trying to visual without a few random single sofas to help with my co-ordination. Would be an asset having a mock 'living' space as you do with the bedroom section supplying a sample bed all made up in the latest trendy duvet collection and design

This is one of the better Home stores in Cape Town and it's conveniently located in Cavendish Centre.It has a wide range of home decor products that are both elegant and well-priced which is why you will often see product from this store in bed-and-breakfast establishments.In terms of layout, it is clever because they often put products on display to give you an idea of how it will look in the home.Staff are friendly and polite and will generally leave you to browse rather than pressuring you to buy something as a matter of urgency.The quality is mostly good, but don't expect designer level pieces - it's not that kind of store.
