I ordered shoes online last year November till today I never received that order, I am now giving up, because I have been emailing Palladium and Aremax and Aramex says the order was returned back and Nichole signed for it and palladium says the order is at post Net, when I go to postNet the order is not there,

I ordered sizes incorrectly twice (I have weird sized feet) and each email I sent was promptly responded to by Jessie Schultz and I have finally found the best fit for my feet. Me and my wife have always been palladium fanatics, we bought about 4 different pairs of these in Pavilion Durban branch. The last pair got myself is rather unusual. The left shoe is perfect whereas the right shoe’s front overlaying rubber ( encircled in green ) now looks like a dry cracked desert floor and it recently just chipped off a small piece .. is there a way of rectifying this issue since this type is a limited edition?

The consultant who assisted me responded promptly and went out of their way to make sure i got my order earlier than I should have. I even got a follow up message the following day checking if I was satisfied and i must say I am a happy and satisfied customer. Well done Palladium Boots.
