Although the quality of the ring we had made here was really great (of that i cannot lie) the reason i give a 1 star review is because of the complete lack of service from Wayne afterwards. I had to ask 10 times over the space of 2 weeks after we had picked up our ring for him to send me the valuation of the ring. When i finally received it, it was wrong. After 7 repeated attempts to get in contact with Wayne and after he blatantly ignored 8 messages on Whatsapp that i had sent to him over a few days (changing his profile pic, yet not replying to me) i just gave up. This was obviously extremely as i had to wait waaay to long for me to get it insured as i had to search to find and use other means to get a correct valuation. It is a pity because the actual ring work is great, service however is HORRIFIC! Do business here at your own risk!
