Unprofessional to the core. They send you from pillar to post because they don’t know what they have to do. You get to the other section they send you back. Only for them to tell you that they are not trained. Time waisted.

1. Sick people had been queuing outside the facility 4 hours before the clinic even opened. An additional hour before they let anybody inside even after their official opening time.Mind you, this was during harsh weather conditions (not suitable for babies and old people!)2. It took on average 7 hours, just waiting in line, before even getting attended to.3. You're not allowed to accompany your child or partner in the facility and who are then forced to be left alone & unattended to, when you could've been there to assist them where the clinic couldn't.4. Simply rude! There's absolutely no grounds for the attitude and lack of customer service.

Hear me out, I know many will be shocked by 5 stars but honestly I got a great treatment when removing my tooth. Yes, the que is long but what do you expect from a hospital in the most populated area? I think you just need to wake up very early and have patience. I got my wisdom tooth removed so professionally. The best medication was given to me. The only thing you pay for in private hospitals is a quick service. Nothing else. Thank you Dental from Hillbrow clinic. I cried tears of relief when they removed my tooth. A little positive comment to show they are really trying their best ! ❤️

The nurses are doing the best that they can I left without medication because of the pharmacist who told me that they are short staffed and there is nothing he can do regardless of the fact that I am from another area also in a queue and was advised to just ask him to give the remaining tablets he didn't even listen to what I wanted to say and as much as they say they are short staffed I waited for almost an hour while 3 Dr's where having their meeting and the queue was that long. I always use this clinic but the service I received today was disappointing

What a horrible experience I had at the Hillbrow clinic. I was admitted on Friday the 10 of March around 14:00pm. The nurses who was working the day shift she was very gentle and understanding. Then there was night shift nurse , she was so horrible and rude at the same. She called me to check how far am I , so it was difficult for me to lay on the bed , so I took some time, and she was like am wasting her time , she went back to where she was sitting , then I told her am ready and she took about ten minutes to com, she was busy with her phone all time . There was this time were fall down cause I couldn't walk , I asked to help me to walk , she said she isn't allowed to touch me. I gained some strength after , I went to the labour room by myself. I started pushing bare in mind am alone she is busy with her phone. I screamed saying the head is out , she didn't come , my baby almost fell , I had to to balance my child cause I was alone without a nurse .

The place was well renovated to look after for the community members in and around the area but the problem which was left behind unsolved was to deploy a well trained staff for the work. Thus a hospitality industry we need people that will save our people with love.Community clinic especially from the reception area has to change the way how they work. Lack of proper administration has also played a significant role of bringing down a lot of publicity health facilities.

Imagine having to wait for 5 hours or more, then you are told to go home and come back tomorrow. Service is just so bad, I've never experienced anything like that, especially in a Healthcare center. Really disappointed!

All the staff members that work here are ill-mannered. Not helpful at all. They will leave for hours without attending you whilst you are in pain. I came to the clinic with an ambulance because I was in severe pain. Only for the centre to lose my details that came with the ambulance driver and having to wait to open a file which I was told, that I didn't need to open. Everyone is so rude, they don't even care. All they do is eat and chat away as if they are not at work. It is sad that in order for you to be treated like a human being with feelings and needs, you must have a medical aid and rather go to a private hospital. Not only am I angry and frustrated, I am deeply heartbroken.

I am so happy with the service I received. I was attented too immediately and the sister who helped me give birth was absolutely amazing, she was patient and fast. Truly happy and to think I was doubtful to come here
