I opened a bank account at old mutual and transferred money from my investment into the account and bidvest immediately suspended account, its been over 2 weeks with them telling me that the matter is escalated and i want my money. A horrible bank with horrible service, the worse service I’ve got in my life. I regret opening that account

The new Bidvest building is awe-inspiring. With utmost care taken with every detail, you can expect a masterpiece. The view is absolutely lovely and the interior is spectacular. I am really enjoying my project here working there. The cafeteria is also pretty great with semi-subsidised prices.

Worst experience I have ever had dealing with any bank, They keep transferring you to the wrong departments until you give up and stop calling, Tried to get an approval from them for 2 vehicles under my business, what a nightmare, staff care more about leave and don't hand things over properly, they have caused losses to myself and the salesman at the Dealership due to there slack attitudes and incompetence, Never dealing with them again.

How come Bidvest bank can't provide their head office working hours on their website??!!! This is just so unprofessional! Also please make this website more helpful! It's like you don't really know what's happening here!!! Which branches are open? Which ones are closed?Also your app is terrible! Try to do better

Horrible service firstly the head office doesn't have working hours on the site. I got there the was no security guard the door was closed. No receptionist at allI waited for 30 minutes I even left without getting help
