I enjoyed my stay at the lodge, only concern was rooms not having microwave, tall mirror for viewing and no wifi was given during the stay. Otherwise the service especially from the chef and reception was exceptional.

I bathed with cold water in the morning, the TV channels horrible, no fridge, no mirror. For the paid price the was no value for money. I'm disappointed.

I booked in September for the 24 to 26 December and paid deposit but was shocked to find out that they never booked the rooms for us on arrival. They had to put us in rooms that were not really ready.What a disappointment .My shower door for an executive suite was missing a panel making a mess when taking a shower.No microwave in the kitchen please look into it.

The room I was allocated was dirty, with ants all over including on the bed and the linen was a re-use, it was not changed after previously used..

It was refreshing the staff is friendly and got to chat to the owner a very friendly and welcoming guy would definitely be visiting againThe rooms are clean and it's a safe environment

Carry something for the mosquitos, theres too many there. They are not done with the rooms. There was no toilet seat,no shower curtains, so when you shower, the water floods the entire bathroom. There was nowhere to put the bodywash/bath soap while showering, The coffee mugs were not clean, they had coffee marks and the cupboards (wardrobe) had no hangers

With the construction of the place being done Yami Nawe will be a very beautiful place to visit. The atmosphere is very calm and friendly.Although the management team still needs to put more effort in the development of their rooms especially the bathroom to be precise (nobody wants to go on vacation and come back with bruises from the shower glass door crashing on them, which is what I went through with the help of my partner trying to make sure that I dont sustain any further cuts)In a nutshell, the establishment and staff were really nice and we had a great stay.

Bad customer service ever! We had to wait for 30 minutes for the lady from the reception to help us connect to the wifi the pin of the wifi is complicated even for a staff member. The houses looks like heaven on earth . But then there’s no air conditioner nor a fridge and we had to spend more money on buying the ice and the bathroom is not clean at all and it smell so bad. There’s no shower door so when you are taking a shower the water just run throughout the bathroom . The breakfast is a cherry on top well done to the guy in the kitchen. Not forgetting the friendly security officer at the gate
