Deckster's Catering

The actual linen was great and of good quality. However I was shocked, as well as my department heads were shocked at how things were handled. The definition of damaged is something that cannot be fixed under any circumstances or cannot be repaired. We had some candle wax on some of the tablecloths, yes stated on the terms if candlewax causes damage it will not be refunded, however the laundry service included in the hiring, should of atleast attempted to get the wax out, afterall that's why a laundry service is included. If after that the wax left long lasting stain the linen could of been charged for. But NO, it was just charged to us, no attempt by business to clean their goods which was an included service. Instead the staff were rude and I fetched the linen and got it clean in a few hours. The excuses were that cleaning supplies are expensive and they would have to have a lady doing laundry the whole day to clean it....well hello yes that's what a laundry service is and if detergent is too expensive for you then you should not be offering a laundry service. The excuse of 'vanish is too expensive' was the most pathetic thing I have probably ever heard. And the fact that you didnt want to make an employ do a job for too long was actually shocking. Topped on how rude the guys were to me and my colleagues made for an unpleasant experience.

Absolutely fantastic experience. We had catering arranged with Deckster’s Catering for my grandmother’s funeral reception at our home, and the service was prompt, caring, reliable and well done. The decor, drinks and food were beautifully setup. The communication was easy too every step of the way. We were very happy with the service.
