Urgh...what can I say. I unfortunately had to visit the branch to obtain a document. The queuing outside the bank was rather painful. One positive point is that the security gentleman did his utmost to manage the queue as quickly and efficiently as possible. Sadly, the consultants should take tips from him! I found the service lacking to say the very least. Hope I don't need to visit Absa in the foreseeable future.

I had a very nice experience with friendly teller who escorted me to the ATM and showed me how to do transactions. I could not fault the service.

Slowest bank I have ever been to. Glad I dont do banking with them. Just unfortunate that I have to fetch documents from them

This service is pathetic. I have to do business in behalf of my business. I have places to be. When i walked in it took them like 45 min to finish with one client. When they finally finished the lady left and showed me away. This is pathetic service. Lady working in Bulk Teller on the 8th of june 2021. Worst service I have ever recieved.

Horrible branch went on a quiet day only one customer service agent that could help and all staff working at snails pace. Last time I use this branch.

Very pathetic. Consultant see that I am waiting, then she gets up to take lunch. As if we have time to sit in a bank the entire day. No good customer service at all.

Normally I receive good service at the customer desk,however today i had to deal with the worst employee of Absa ever. No effort from her to be helpful by any means. Left frustrated and without solving my problem. Will try again tomorrow and if treated the same way, I will be forced to take my business to another bank. Totally unacceptable Absa!Turns out theworst employee of Absa "at Baywest is actually the branch manager! Went there again today and was very professionaly helped by a consultant by the name of Karen Grobler
