Car Repair Time

Not very friendly and felt they tried to take advantage of me because I am a woman. I took my car for a service and they reported many problems with a ridiculous quote. I got a second opinion and 90% of the things they reported had faults were fine. They also didn't do everything they were supposed to in the service as I found out by the second opinion mechanic. (And a less major issue - they pasted a sticker that won't come off on the back of my car).

Disappointed in service received with ragas of car Aircon.

Opinion: These are not your reliable, friendly helping mechanics, but rather the poket filling, fix to fix again type.My mother is 60 years old and a single parent that can’t afford to have people take advantage of her, but this place (they don’t ever deserve to be named) took that advantage! She had 3 services done now in 2 months to actually solve a problem, but things just keeps getting worse (as if they are removing the working parts she still have in her car to replace it with worn old ones) today they serviced it again and when she got to the pick and pay less then 3km away the car broke down, refusing to start. When she asked for their help, they refused and she had to walk from pick and pay Towers till the Checkers to ask friends for help.
