Wow! What a horrible experience.I am a vegan, which is arguably a difficult diet if you're not too familiar with it. My family and I figured we'll give Nando's a try since they have these new plant-based, vegan-friendly meals. When our meals were served they all looked decent except for one thing. All the plant-based meat substitutes on my plate looked way too meat-like (and exactly like on my family's plate with the real chicken). It was almost like they forgot that my meals were ordered in the plant-based version (even though they put the little plant-based" flags on the plates). So I went ahead to check with my fingers and I was unfortunately right. The "plant-based chicken" was only plant based because it was fed with plants. But it was very much a real chicken they served me.Therefore

The area was really clean and wasn't full at the time. The service and advice was good. We all enjoyed the food. The churros were really good. Ask for caramel sauce. The prices were standard Nandos rates (high). But really glad to have them as a halal option in this location. The seating area is big and worth a try especially if its empty. The order was ready quite quickly.

Worst service from Nandos Sun city, Fortunate should not be dealing with customers. Her attitude is of a dont care. We ordered at 9pm to be told that we cant sit down and yet the restaurant closes at 10pm. Asked if she could bring our food to us that was also a problem. Then the order was incorrect and she bangs the table and insists that we are lying about it. Is this what Nandos is all about??? Service is horrible and customers are not important at Nandos. Do better Nandos you at the back failing South Africans, hire staff who want to work!!!!

Absolutely appalling service received tonight. Servers arguing with customers no customer service at all not friendly as well. Only person who assist with a smile was the lady at the till who took my order.

Terrible service. NANDOS SUN CITY We were asked to leave by the staff and manager on duty 27 September 2022 12:57 while we were eating because we were sitting next to a glass poster that was not stable and my 3 year old was playing around it. They could have nicely asked us to Move to another table. When I asked the manager she refused and said that we may leave. I’m sooooo shocked and I’ve never received such treatment at Nando’s.

The best thing Sun City has ever done was to get a Nando's. We had three awesome meals here over the weekend we visited. Can't wait too go back!!

Nando's Suncity has a very good view while we're sitting there and eating Inside their portions. This Nando's is very nice with delicious food, very quick service and very friendly staff. It is very clean from distance it looks very great.It is a really romantic place. You can enjoy your food with family and friends too. There's is kids Manue too which is a great place with kids.

Spoke to Charmaine and at 20:45 refused to serve my family as they said that all the food was bought..so they had no food to serve although trading hours is till 9pm...what a joke

Sit down staff just looking at us. Is this Nando's self service or what? No indications what to do here two waiters just standing and looking at us. No service here unprofessional. Rather went to the restaurant nexts door. Helped us straight at the entrance. Rather get your food from different restaurant.
