The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful

Utterly poor service received. If I could give 0 out of 5 I would. Staff members were not helpful at all, when I got to the pay point to pay for my clothes, the staff struggled +-15min to get the barcode from one of the clothes, when the electricity went off. They asked me to come back in 20min, and they will keep my clothes that I picked. When I returned after 20min, they have taken all my clothes and put it back on the shelves. After we got all the clothing back that they put on the shelves, they again had to take +-15min to find the barcode for the same clothing item. After I paid and went home, I saw that the clothing item that they struggled to find the barcode for (and that I paid for) they did not put in the bag. I'm utterly disappointed in the horrible service that I received. I would NOT recommend this branch at all, please do yourself a favour and drive the extra kilometres to a better branch.

Some of the staff was nice and friendly but the music was terrible. There was a few nice songs but the most was mostly noise that made me uncomfortable.

POOR SERVICE! How to rate service when you didn't receive any? I was the only customer in line just after 6 pm last night. I was standing waiting to pay, the clerk was chatting to a friend and ignored the fact that I am waiting to pay for my 2 items. I just left the items there and left the store, she clearly did not want to assist a paying customer. I am rather making use of another PnP for future purchases.
