Super friendly and fast service from Vuyokazi Zulu.

Poor Service from Rihanda. Did not have our Contracts ready after we spoke over the phone for a period of 3 weeks. We drove 100km to find out that she did not have any paper work done.She did not offer an apology and made it of as nothing. She lost 3 big Business Contracts that Will cost her Branch. But she is just a worker....so it wil only affect her the day there is no Customers left.

Sorry to say but these guys are useless. They processed a fraudulent contract upgrade in my name, while i was in Johannesburg. I picked this up while sitting on my couch at home(when i received an XDS notification with an OTP number), the staff responsible was not vigilant enough to pick up that the individual was impersonating me. Nor did they do any checks, and the staff assisting the criminal was adamant that I was the criminal even though I could prove i have the original number, certified documents, but not only that but a simple thing such as my residential address is in Johannesburg... why would i upgrade my contract at MTN in the Freestate? Come on guys.....

The service in this store is so poor. They don't care about the customers. They are talking, laughing not even attend the customer. I hate coming here always

Extreamly poor service from Amber and staff as my both contract was canceled and still they bill me. Have to go up and down to sortout their mess after they gave me proof that it was canceled
