No toilets at all. Shopping Centres toilets are locked closed too. Staff would not let my six year old use the staff toilets. Even the hand washing station had no soap. We were told to drive a kilometre to a dodgy service station. Will not be back.

Staff were rude, had our order all wrong and then took forever to have our order ready as they decided that was the best way to make us suffer for their terrible service - did not like it one bit as they were very racist, condescending and as stated before, very rude.Spent R300 on food it wasn't safe to eat

Incredibly rude staff and manager. Only certain people have to wear masks and social distance. Those who aren't buddies with the manager aren't subject to rules. They will make comments about you and assume you won't understand them when they swear at you. Stay away. They will trash talk you. I am almost 100% sure the manager told the staff at the back to mess with my order because she thought I wouldn't hear her.

This is the ONLY KFC that shuts down during loadshedding. A lot of times that I go there its closed due to loadshedding so why hasn't a generator been installed? Service is moderate but not great, there's only 1 person at the counter that has to take orders and pack food. But there are plenty staff that walk around doing nothing. This kfc could work 100x faster.

Clean and not too busy. The screen and mask make it difficult to communicate but got it done. The markers on the floor ensure social distancing and the nice lady at the entrance sanitising as you enter. They serve coffee and served it quite fast. There is a clean place to wash hands. There was a nice place for seating and the decor was nice. location is so convenient off the N3 main highway. They have a halal certificate. otherwise quite standard KFC.

There was no customers at the order desk, I was not allowed to order at the till I had to use the self service, there was a crowd of people at the self service order who did not know how it works, Itbwas my first time as well and caused another delay when I eventually figured it out.I did something wrong, so did not get a slip.My order did not appear on the screen.They did confirm my order was in process.When my order came it was not what I ordered.Eventually I got what I asked for and left.The food was fresh and tasty.Recommendation, at least have an individual from KFC to guide the people through the self service.

Always here for a quick bite.. But was disappointed this time.. Due to loadsshedding.. Store had to close.. U guy's need to implement a generator as a back up.. This is not good for business.. Load shedding is going to be here forever.. U need to upgrade..
