Edit:I'm taking my review to 5☆ after my interactions with Tertius Scheepers. He reached out to me to apologize for the mishap and handled it quite well.To make up they sent me the guitar strings I with urgency and delivered it as a courtesy to me which is absolutely awesome!They do take customer satisfaction seriously and I have to applaud that. Legendary after care from this TOMS branch. I rarely change a rating from 1 to 5 but these guys really did try to make up for it and they've taken the feedback I gave and said they'll try to make use of it.
