Does not even deserve a star. My parcel got to my town and immediately booked to be reversed exactly where it was sent from because it did not take a correct route. I called where my parcel was and informed them not to return it and i will fetch the parcel from their offices. Upon arrival, I was told my parcel is on the way to JHB yet it does not show on their tracking site.I am beyond disappointed, come Monday I want my parcel

You have third party partners in rural areas that provide rock bottom service and Courier Guy is not holding them accountable. These companies also reflect on you coz your system provides status updates and delivery are not fulfilled on communicated dates

KAK service!!! they don't notify when package has arrived, even on the PUDO app. its ridiculous. rather use Post Net.
