Natasha Clarkson who assisted me was the most unprofessional service provider i ever dealt with, her attitude and customer service is atrocious. I called for a price on roof tiles and she arrogantly said i must email her details and she will send me a quote. After emailing her the necessary requirements she sent me a quote and I paid immediately and sent her the proof of payment. The following day I sent someone to collect the tiles who drove 1 hour to the destination. Natasha said to the person collecting that the money needs to reflect into their bank before they can release the goods. This upset me and i called her to say that she did not inform me that the money had to be visible into the account nor does it state on the quote, if it did I would have done an immediate payment we have driven so far and there is no way we can do the same trip again the following day. Natasha was rude and disrespectful over the phone. She was incapable of understanding the situation. I been in business for a very long time and I must say she is one bad apple for the business. I had to sort it out with her superior Netitia who assisted me with pleasure.

Excellent service from friendly staff. My roof tiles were delivered within 36hours in good and sound condition. My house is looking beautiful after renovations phase one project completed. Busy with phase two. Keep up the good work.

I'm in construction for more than 20 years and I must say that this is the worst roof tile I have ever worked with with service provided by the company running in a close second.Firstly my tiles arrived a week late.The quality of the tile is pathetic.Of the more than 3000 tiles installed, about 500 was cracked and I had to replace them.I called eagle tiles and they sent a rep. He took a tile for testing and they delivered 150 tilesYou cannot walk on the roof with these tilesNow after the installation of solar panels I have to replace 100 tiles more .I'm scheduled to start 31 dwelling units next but rest assured the I will never again use this product especially when there is a slightly better quality product marginally better priced available
