Poor draft on de lux unit as no top lid available as part of design to form a smoke box. Ending up with smoke in the room (despite a 5m chimney) and no support received from supplier

Relatively cheap product compared to their overall core salesThe factory manager left his desk and broke into his busy schedule to meticulously explain the most effective method to install and avoid any complicationsHere comes the best part. He suggested a flange be welded to ensure proper installation for optimalThe owner refused extra payment and within 30 minutes I left with a well constructed damper. You've guessed.
