This is definitely one of the best Cape Union Mart branches! After being showed away from two of their other branches, this was the first branch to go out of their way and extend their necks in order to help me and solve my problem. They will take extreme measures to ensure client satisfaction. Was in the store to buy a pair of shoes, unfortunately they did not have my size. However, they contacted all neighbouring stores and even personally phones the regional manager to bring me shoes from Umchlanga. Best service I have gotten from any shop!
