Good service. Routers on contract a total waste of money. In 10 months time of my 24 month contract, I had 3 faulty routers. Could not use my data for weeks, but payment on contract has to take place. Receiced a brand new rooter today after waiting for 2 weeks......it did not work!! How long do I have to wait this time for replacement? I am not a happy MTN customer.

I got there to pay account, with some other customers but they closed the door not willing to assist because they need to do report before 7pm. Very bad service. This was about 6:50 yesterday. Never had service like this
