Quick service and good morality

If you don't bribe staff to have things done in a timely manner it takes them 5 days to alter pants. Still waiting on refund. I don't recommend this place. Terrible service and management doesn't provide feedback

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.They promise you they can do a job, and then won't refund you after it was clear they could not do the job. I phoned ahead to find out if they could bleach curtains to white for me and was promised they could as long as I accept the risk of over-bleached material. I was delivered curtains that were only cleaned - they didn't even smell like bleach. I brought this up with the manager, and they said they would try to bleach the curtains again for me after which I was told that the colour (white and light green stripes) could not be bleached. I then took my curtain and soaked a section of it in jik overnight. Not surprisingly, the colour stripped. I then knew that Giana Dry Cleaners was not only lying to me, but also refusing to refund my money and the only option left was to use store credit offered as this was the only compensation option they would offer. I'm not stupid, I used the store credit.Additionally,They have sent me home with damp blankets after washing them.They told me to come collect an item that wasn't even finished (waste of petrol). Went to collect at around 14h30... Was told to come back at 17h00 as the item was not ready yet. Nice.One of the directors, Raquel, pretended to be another employee when I phoned in to complain. I was asking to speak to the owner or set up a meeting and she refused stating that 'they don't allow for that as the owner is too busy' (nice one, very professional). Didn't know I was speaking to the director at all up until some further research. I even had to tell her (the director) to calm down over the phone call as my frustration was aimed towards Michelle who was handling my customer service. Overall, the director was unprofessional and aggressive in a short phone call.Side note: my frustration with Michelle began when she said she would email me back with answers, and phone me at certain times, yet there was nothing. Constantly had to waste my airtime and my time to get some sort of response. This was the pattern over a period of about a month.Very sneaky and unreliable.Don't waste your time supporting this company.I must say, despite all the fighting and frustration, the man who sews the clothing does an absolute fabulous job. I hope he gets poached from this terrible company.
