Exorbitant prices. Incompetent quoting. One hour late. Handwritten invoice with no indication of VAT. No guarantees for work or material indicated anywhere. COD demanded but nothing was said when appointment was booked. I was quoted R 450 telephonically and paid over 11.000 without the decoder which I provided. Bad decision on my side.

Left a mess after the installation, messed up two portions of the installation and I had to call and email them on several occasions to get them to come fix it. This was after I had to argue that the problem was due to the installation which the one technician was adamant it wasn't. 5mins in the roof and the problem was solved.

I was charged R2570 for absolutely nothing!!!they got the issue fixed quickly, but had found out today after having to fix the same issue again that The so called heart beat splitter and distributor box etc that I had paid for where never actually replaced or even there in the first place!!!! I'm extremely unhappy with this service!!!Don't use this Company they are a complete rip off..

Very incompetent,accept no liability. always referred to invoice which has no vat number or stand. Very bad service. Over priced and very rude owner who has no way of talking,very unprofessional. Promises guarantee then run away when problem arises. Don't ever use these people. They quoted R450 call out and R500 fee. Ended up paying R1650. Untrustworthy,bad job

They do shoddy work, are ridiculously expensive and do not honour their warranty when the same problem occurs 3 months later. Stay away from them!
