Yes, the views are breathtaking, the people, not so much. This estate has levels of infighting which will shock you and is very unpleasant.

Awesome estate. Value for your money. Great view of the see and on the side of the mountain. Ask for Anwar of Imvusa Trading. He is currently building 9 new houses inside this beautifull estate.

Superb! Definitely worth a visit Summer or Winter. Their gin is the most delicious I have ever tasted.The guided walks on the estate are world class. Everything on Bartinney is world class.
