DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER!!!!! NO-ONE EVER RESPONDS OR ANSWERS PHONES, EMAILS OR WHATSAPP. I REPEAT YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS THE WORST THEY STEAL YOUR ORDERS!!!!!!!

They are the worst courier service I've ever encountered, this is coming from a person who utilise courier services on a usual basis. They fail to timely, consistently and duly update you on the status of your parcel, plus they take so long to deliver your item and well their staff are clueless. This is the second time they are handling my package, I thought this time around it was gonna be better.

Such poor service. They told me they were going to deliver it, then sent it to the wrong town, then said I said it must go to another town just because I explained exactly how to get here. After that they keep on saying they can't reach me. And now they are saying I requested a future date. First it seemed someone wanted to help but now he is suddenly not available anymore. Just use RAM, they are great. I mean, how can you not find a town with a postal code. If I put it into Google it is the first place that comes up??

Honestly had AMAZING SERVICE from On The Dot Couriers, i know that most people have had a bad experience, however mine was quiet the opposite. I purchased a fragrance from Woolies on the 07th of May 2022 and the estimated delivery was scheduled for the 16th of May, however i received my delivery on the 12th of May. I am in Umhlanga Rocks Durban. I must say i am really impressed, this is my 3rd time getting a delivery from them and i have had no issues, maybe because of my location? i am not sure. However it would of been nice to receive an sms to let me know it is out for deliver, lucky for me someone is always home.

I’m very disappointed with the service. I was meant to get my parcel delivered to me about 2 days ago and I have been receiving sms’s and tracking notifying me that my order will be delivered on a specific day then no delivery is made. Again today I was expecting my order to be delivered, the delivery guy tried to call me on WhatsApp and didn’t get a hold of me. I returned the “WhatsApp call” as soon as I could and he told me he had already drove by my delivery address cause he couldn’t get a hold of me on WhatsApp. How ridiculous!!! He told me he was in lynnwood road literally a few minutes away from where the delivery location is and I asked him to turn back cause he hadn’t even came into the complex where he was supposed to make delivery. I was there all along expecting it! He told me he’s taking back my order to the hub. I’m very upset about this unprofessional situation!! Definitely do not recommend you!

Didn't deliver within the estimated period and I was unable to wear the outfit I ordered to a special event. Also, when I eventually got the order it was someone else's order and someone else's invoice in the bag that was labeled with my details. I didn't get my outfit.

If I could give them zero I would. Such poor service! My parcel has been out for delivery for three days now and I haven't received. All these retail shops using On the Dot should consider changing their courier service company. The customer service is also useless, no help at all.

Very bad service , The worst courier services! I've been waiting for my mrp order for 2 days now , should have been delivered on Wed . They took it out for delivery twice and they went back with it to their warehouse, because the driver is to incompetent to get to my house , why not just call me for directions??

Wouldn’t recommend. They make my online shopping experience at Mr price horrible.
